A concussion is a specific set of neuropsychological (thinking, behavioral, and emotional) and neurobiological (stomach, intestinal and dietary concerns) disorders caused by traumatic brain injury and over time will turn into Post Concussion Syndrome (PSC).

The application must be filled out and received by the Institute at least 24 hours prior to your meeting with the doctor.
